MYTH AND THE HUMAN STORY workshop

Mythologies are pictures of the progress of human physical, soul and spiritual development through cosmic, mythic and historical time. Myth and the Human Story traces the story groups used in the Waldorf curriculum back to their origins in the evolution of human consciousness. This workshop broadens the teacher’s knowledge of the origins and meaning of the stories they tell through the grades. We will explore ways to cultivate, through these mythic images, an ongoing confidence and inner connection to the Anthroposophical picture of the human being that is the foundation of the Waldorf curriculum.
